Lifetime Limited Warranty for TERRAlife Fireclay Sinks

TERRAlife warrants its fireclay kitchen, bar, and utility sinks manufactured after 2019 to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home.

Normal wear indicators like gloss reduction, scratching, staining, and etching are excluded from coverage. The warranty applies only to products installed in North America (United States, Canada, or Mexico).

If a defect occurs under normal residential use, TERRAlife will repair, replace, or adjust the product at its discretion. Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse is not covered, and improper care voids the warranty.

Original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. TERRAlife does not cover labor, installation, or consequential costs, with liability capped at the purchase price.

Commercial use or installation outside North America receives one (1) year from the date the product is installed. All non-fireclay components carry a one-year limited warranty.
