The process

Cast
High-pressure casting in steel molds, using all-natural fireclay sourced from Europe.
Glaze
A 100% non-porous glaze hand-applied to every visible surface — inside and out.
Fire 2000°F
Two firings transform the body and glaze into a fused, scratch- and heat-resistant surface.
Inspect
Every sink is inspected, weighed and matched with its accessories before it ships.
